Ramban, May 14: The Additional District Development Commissioner Ramban Roshan Lal today convened a meeting of the concerned officers, to review the progress on ‘Monitoring of Quality Data for preparation of baseline report and computation of Panchayat Development Index (PDI)’. The meeting was informed that user IDs have been created for all the 11 nodal officers and officers have been sensitised for collection of the data as per the format available online.
The meeting discussed in detail indicators of Panchayat Development Index (PDI), department wise, which evaluates the performance of Panchayats based on various development parameters.
The ADDC, on the occasion, emphasized for thorough training of the field functionaries and daily monitoring of the progress by the ACP. He urged the officers to review, verify and endorse the data submitted by field staff before forwarding to the district level committee. ADDC stressed on close coordination among departments to ensure timely updation of all indicators on the PDI portal of the District.
The meeting was attended by ACR Ramban Harpal Singh, ACP Mohammad Ashfaq Khanji, CPO Shakeeb Ahmed Rather, CAO,CMO, BDOs, Ex En JSD, Ex En Irrigation, representatives of Health, Social Welfare, FCS&CA departments and other concerned officials.
