Leh, August 14 : Celebrating the spirit of Har Ghar Tiranga campaign, a Tiranga Pride March was organised by the Ladakh Scouts Regimental Centre under the aegis of Fire and Fury Corps at Leh today. The Tiranga pride march which started from Colonel Chewang Rinchen Memorial and concluded at the Hall of Fame War Memorial saw an energetic march by the soldiers of Ladakh Scouts which reverberated with the martial tunes of the Regimental Band and Nationalistic slogans by the marching files of soldiers. The march also saw energetic support from the citizens and students who joined in cheering approximately 600 soldiers who formed part of the rally.
The Tiranga Pride Rally concluded at the War Memorial by singing Ladakh Scouts Regimental song and the National Anthem. Tourists and civilians too joined in the slogan “Bharat Mata Ki Jai”.
The Nation is celebrating its 78th Independence Day on 15th August 2024. A “Har Ghar Tiranga” initiative is being undertaken in the country which strives to ignite a deep sense of patriotism within every citizen and foster a greater understanding of the significance of our independence.
