NSS Unit of GDC Kunjwani celebrated ‘International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking’ on 26-06-2024 under the able guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Manisha Sarup Kohli, Principal of the College.
A Skit was performed by the NSS Volunteers on the theme ‘Invest in Prevention’ to spread awareness among the students. Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Manisha Kohli, Principal of the College, highlighted the
importance of understanding the sensitivity of the issue and requested the students to come forward and combat drug abuse and illicit trafficking. A pledge was also administered by the students to make their area drug free.
The faculty members who were present on the occasion include Prof. Baljinder Kour, Dr. Arti Pandoh, Dr. Neeru Sharma, Prof. Deepa Sharma, Dr. Sajaad Iqbal Khan and Prof. Risha Kumari.
