“Fit India” Lecture Organized at Thanamandi, Rajouri.

  Indian Army organized a ‘lecture on physical fitness’ for spreading awareness amongst resident populace particularly young generation regarding importance of physical fitness in life to remain healthy. This lecture helped promoting and spreading the knowledge on best practices to boost physical & mental well-being amongst resident populace. The aim of the event was to interact & educate young generation and resident populace about life style diseases like Cardio Vascular Diseases, Diabetes, Cancer, Stress & Depression and also highlighted the importance of Mental Health in overcoming all other diseases. Indian Army demonstrated some of the physical & Yoga exercises to the audience to imbibe them in their daily routine to remain healthy. This lecture mainly emphasized on importance of good eating habits, balanced diet plan, maintaining personnel hygiene & increasing happiness quotient amongst people and youth.
