DDC Chairman Doda, Dhananter Singh Kotwal, participated in the Shardhanjali Samroh at Chapnari to pay rich floral tributes to the victims of the Chapnari Massacre. The event commemorated the tragic loss of 26 baratis from the Hindu community who were killed by terrorists on June 19, 1998.
