Jammu, August 10 : The Sthapna Divas of Shri Shani Dev (Shila) a replica of Shri Shani Dev Temple of Shingnapur installed at Shri Lakshmi Narayan Mandir Gandhi Nagar, Jammu was celebrated with grand rituals and religious ceremonies on 10 Aug 2024.
The programme started at 8.30 A.M. with Shri Ganesh and Navgreh puja followed by the Puja of installed beautiful Trishuls and statues of Elephants in Shani Dev Mandir. Abhishek and Shingar of all these were conducted by the Trustees/Special Invitees and Shri Davinder Khawle and family led by renowned Pandits and large number of devotees followed by Maha Aarti at 10.30 A.M. The whole Puja was ceremonized with religious ceremonies with the association of Mama Shri Devinder Khawle and Bhanja Shri Samar Dev Singh Charak.
Many prominent devotees along with Trustees and Special Invitees participated in this pious function. The whole programme was ceremonized under the patronage of Shri Gulchain Singh Charak ( Former Minister & President of the Trust). Shashtris addressed the gathering highlighting the importance of Shani Puja.
