DPS Kathua Teacher Wins Gold at 8th Pencak Silat Federation Cup 2024

Ms. Aruna Jamwal, a dedicated teacher from Delhi Public School Kathua, has brought immense pride to Kathua and the entire Jammu and Kashmir region by winning the Gold medal in the Open 2 category at the 8th Pencak Silat Federation Cup 2024. The prestigious event was held in Leh, Ladakh and was organized by the Ladakh Pencak Silat Association in collaboration with Youth Services & Sports, UT of Ladakh, LAHDC, and the Indian Pencak Silat Federation. The competition featured 454 athletes from 18 States/UTs, showcasing exceptional talent and sportsmanship.

Mr. Vivek Arora, Principal of DPS Kathua, and Smt. Kanta Andotra, Founder Chairperson and former MLA, extended their heartfelt congratulations and blessings to Ms. Jamwal.
