Special Yoga Session In The Border Town Of Poonch.

In commemoration of ‘International Yoga Day’, Indian Army organised a special yoga session in the border town of Poonch. The event was aimed at promoting holistic well-being and unity and has saw enthusiastic participation from civilian teachers and children residing in the region.

The yoga session, held at a serene location amidst the picturesque backdrop of Poonch, commenced early morning and was led by experienced yoga instructors. Participants gathered in large numbers, including students from local schools and members of the community, underscoring the community’s spirit and dedication to wellness. The event highlighted the significance of yoga in fostering both physical and mental health, particularly in border areas where stress levels is higher due to unique living conditions. The yoga postures and breathing exercises taught during the session were carefully selected to cater to participants of all age groups, encouraging a harmonious blend of relaxation and rejuvenation.
