Shaurya International School organised an Excellence Award Ceremony to honour the students who excelled in the Grades X and XII CBSE board results. Mr Kartik Shrotriya, SDPO, South Jammu, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
The event also saw the presence of Mr. Harinder Mahajan, Chairman of the School Management Committee; Mr. Sahil Mahajan, Vice-Chairman; and School Trustees, Ms. Pooja Mahajan and Ms. Miho Mahajan.
The ceremony commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp and the chanting of a Sanskrit shloka to seek the blessings of Goddess Saraswati. This was followed by a congratulatory song performed by students from Grades VI to VIII.
Head Boy Aadit Mahajan and Head Girl Pranvita Kour warmly welcomed the Chief Guest, dignitaries, students, and their parents. Subsequently, the school Principal, Dr. Rajesh Gandral, addressed the gathering and congratulated the students for their exceptional performance in the CBSE Board exams.
The highlight of the event was the announcement of the much-anticipated awards. The Chief Guest, Mr Kartik Shrotriya, along with Chairman Mr. Harinder Mahajan, Vice-Chairman Mr. Sahil Mahajan, School Trustees, Ms. Pooja Mahajan, and Ms. Miho Mahajan, and Principal Dr. Rajesh Gandral, felicitated the school toppers, stream toppers, and subject toppers of Grades X and XII. The award ceremony was met with enthusiastic applause, marking a proud moment for all the achievers.
In his address, the Chief Guest blessed and praised the students for their outstanding board results, encouraging them to maintain their excellent performance. He further shared his words of wisdom, inspiring the students with his remarkable journey and emphasizing the importance of dedication, integrity, and resilience in achieving success.
Chairman Mr. Harinder Mahajan acknowledged the students’ efforts and motivated them to continue their hard work. He also commended the teaching staff for their role in achieving excellent results. Vice-Chairman Mr. Sahil Mahajan emphasized the value of persistent efforts and congratulated the students on their remarkable achievements.
