J&K National Panthers Party (Bhim) Gears Up for Assembly Polls. Demands Statehood before Assembly elections

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (Bhim) convened a crucial meeting at Srinagar to discuss the party’s preparedness for the upcoming assembly elections. The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Vilakshan Singh, President of the party.

The meeting witnessed spirited deliberations among party members, focusing on devising strategies and action plans to ensure a robust presence and effective campaigning during the forthcoming assembly polls. With a commitment to upholding the values of democracy and serving the interests of the people of Jammu and Kashmir, the JKNPP (Bhim) aims to field strong candidates who resonate with the aspirations of the populace.

In addition to discussions on electoral strategies, the meeting also served as a platform for reflecting on the journey and achievements of the JKNPP (Bhim) since its inception. Founded on the principles of social justice, empowerment, and regional development, the party has remained steadfast in its commitment to advocating for the rights and welfare of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.

Speaking on the occasion, Vilakshan Singh emphasized the significance of the upcoming assembly elections and reiterated the party’s resolve to champion the causes that matter most to the people of Jammu and Kashmir. He expressed confidence in the collective strength and determination of the JKNPP (Bhim) cadre to navigate through the challenges ahead and emerge victorious in the electoral arena. He said that status of J&K has arbitrarily been downgraded to that of a Union Territory and said status is not acceptable to the people of J&K. He said that before holding assembly elections, statehood of J&K must be restored.

Singh also emphasized that the leaders of JKNPP (Bhim) have not been provided security. He demanded that security must immediately be provided to the leaders of JKNPP (Bhim) to ensure their security particularly in view of rising terror activities in the UT.

As the countdown to assembly begins, the Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (Bhim) remains steadfast in its commitment to serving the interests of the people and advancing the cause of democracy in the region.

The other prominent leaders who addressed the meeting included, Naresh chib, Hakim Arif Ali, Farooq Dar, Abdul Ahad Najar, Mushtaq Khan, Peerzada Mudassir, Arsheed Ahmed Lone, Mehraj Din Daggu, Sanjeev Verma and others.
