Indian Army organised Awareness Lecture on Anti Child Labour At Mughal Madian, Kishtwar.

In a proactive effort to combat child labour and to promote education, the Indian Army organized an enlightening awareness lecture at Mughal Maidan. The event aimed to sensitize the local community about the detrimental effects of child labour and advocate for fundamental right of every child to education. The lecture held at Mughal Maidan, drew significant participation from community members and educators. Led by esteemed speakers from the Indian Army, the session highlighted the grave consequences of child labour on the physical, emotional and psychological well-being of children. The lecture delved into various aspects of child labour including its prevalence, causes and socio economic implications. Interactive discussions and testimonies shed light on real life experience, promoting attendees to reflect on their roles in combating this societal challenge.

A total of 80 students from village Mughal Maidan participated in the event. As part of its ongoing community engagement initiatives, the Indian Army remains steadfast in its commitment to promoting social awareness and effecting positive change.
